Update on Mites. Grants 1 through 8 have been paid with the exception of #4 (Church Work Student Grant, $30,000), which we still need $5,000 to fully fund. Our treasurer is putting $1,000 away each month toward completing that grant. We anticipate that it will be needed for scholarships in the late spring or summer and by that time, we will have enough set aside.
The project that we are currently working on is a grant of $22,000 for Scholarships for inner city children to attend Camp LuWiSoMo. You may want to promote the grant in the next month or two.
