On behalf of the women of the South Wisconsin District - Lutheran Women in Mission, I would like to take a moment during “Pastor Appreciation Month” to thank all of the pastors in our district for shepherding us as we seek to reach out with the Word of Life. Whether we are reaching out in our seminaries, inner cities, prisons or schools, we appreciate your words of wisdom and encouragement as we make tough decisions. Encouragement is something that boosts our spirit as we also reach out to foreign places like Haiti, South Africa, Guatemala, etc.

I hope that you are feeling the encouragement that our ladies are so eager to give YOU. We realize that you are mega busy with so many different things that need to be done to keep your church running smoothly. We care about helping to lighten that load for you so that you can have more time for personal reflection in The Word. Let us know how we can help.

We are always anxious to take requests to our Father’s Throne. Please let us help you by including your special requests in our daily and special prayer times.  Together, we, as the Body of Christ, will help each other to fulfill that high calling of our Lord to reach all the nations with the Good News of the Gospel.
