Dear and Special Missionary Friends in Christ: Greetings to you in the name of Jesus, who is always with us, and who promised, “Never will I leave you, Never will I forsake you!”…..and our God keeps His promises!
That certainly was evident in what happened in Mapleton, Iowa, where more than 75% of the homes and buildings were damaged or destroyed on April 10, 2011. It was again another true and REAL MIRACLE for your Mission Central. The Lord’s protective hand came down and stopped the tornado just a little over a mile from our facilities and our home here at Mission Central. We heard the sound of the tornado, and were DIRECTLY IN ITS PATH. However, our God is still in charge of all that happens, and His loving and caring protection was provided for us!
We had absolutely no damage, no tree damage, and rejoice in HIS PROTECTION! Thank you for your love, caring, and your encouragement. Not one person was badly hurt in the town of Mapleton, and they are beginning the clean-up.
Your prayers and support are such an encouragement to us, and please know that we couldn’t keep going without “Family Members” like you! Thanks for your thoughtfulness and God bless you and keep you each day!
