Being with Jesus -- Living on the Edge! June 23-26, 2011. How to get there? Ride the bus and leave the driving to someone else! One big advantage of riding the bus to the convention in Peoria is that you will also then have a spot on the shuttle buses that will run from the hotels to the convention center. We don't know what the final logistics will be but have been told that the hotels could be a 15-20 mintue ride away from the convention center. Parking facilities in the area of the convention center are not known.
The cost of the riding the bus is $125. A $50 deposit is required by January 15th. When you register for the bus, you are also asked to provide credit card information to reserve a hotel room. Hotel assignments will be made so that everyone on one bus is staying in the same hotel. If you do not know who you'd like to share a room with, simply make a note on the form and you will be paired up with other LWMLers who are also looking for roommates.
Registration for the convention itself will open in the next few months. For now, sign up for the bus and look forward to a fun-filled ride to Peoria!
